This is Malik's Muwatta
and for once, toughguy, I couldn't agree with you more. Let's just make sure we round up the bad guys on all sides.
By the way, this edition of the Malik's Muwatta' appears to be compiled from the oldest manuscripts they could find, so it promises to be interesting for those of us concerned with history.

It's actually Malik's Muwatta I believe
Some interesting things I got from translation:
Prohibition against Travelling with the Qur'an in Enemy Territory
Prohibition against Killing Women and Children in Military Expeditions
"I advise you ten things: Do not kill women or children or an aged, infirm person. Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not slaughter sheep or camels except for food. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty, and do not be cowardly."
Well if this is the law, let's round up the violators.
